Move for Movember is a great cause and a reason to extend the love to all of the dudes in our lives and their overall health. I have joined my Coeur Sports “Mosista” team to raise awareness and funds for men’s health. My motivation is to use the power of the moustache to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health. I plan to move at least 30 minutes everyday for all 30 days in November. For me, this can come in the form of strength training, swimming, cycling, running, walking or snow shoeing (if it snows before the end of the month). There are many ways to take part in movember.
