Exercise! Exercise boosts energy! If you have a particular exercise that warms your heart, do it! If you aren’t one to exercise on a regular basis, that’s ok! Take a walk! Try something new…ice skate, roller blade, bike, snowshoe, swim, dance, snow ski, run, hike. Exercise gets those endorphins flowing and lifts our spirits. JUST MOVE!
