Swim: 10,164 yards



Bike: 65.5 miles



Run: 20.6 miles



Strength Training: 10 minutes of core strength daily + 1 hour & 15 minutes full body strength


Weekly Totals: 13 hours & 39 minutes

Love the idea of a “taa daa list”! You accomplished a lot this week and got back to strength and core training-well done. I’m grateful that summer vacation is almost here!! The boys are done of school on Wednesday and I’m am leaving for my dreamy solo road trip on Friday (and the weather is looking a bit better). This week is going to drag, isn’t it? 😉
