Last week was full of “do what you want” instead of having a rigid schedule. There is a schedule waiting for me, but I have a few more weeks of doing what I want before diving back into the rigid training schedule.

Wednesday late afternoon, I ventured out with my favorites to see how recovered I was from Ironman Arizona. We ran 3 miles and boy did I struggle! Clearly I have more recovering to do in my future. ๐
