Time has FLOWN by so fast!! It seems like it was just October and we were registering for IMBoulder and now we are only 12 weeks away!!
This week was a recovery week that didn’t include a much working out. There was very little #sbrlove this week, but it gave me an opportunity to get A LOT of other things done that have been neglected lately.
Swim: Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
Bike: 26 miles…It was such a beautiful day on Saturday, we just went for a nice and easy trail ride.
Run: 3 miles…I guess it is more than none 😉
Strength Training: 45 minute TRX class that was mostly all core work
Bonus Accomplishments:
- I deep cleaned our entire house…moving all the furniture to clean under, over and around everything. It feels so good to have a super clean house again!!
- I put all my winter clothes away…and wouldn’t you know we are suppose to have lows in the upper 30s this week…GO FIGURE 😦
- I got a lot of shopping done to restock everything…cosmetics, groceries, household items, sports nutrition, mental preparation (books), new slip covers, etc.
- I have lesson plans done through the rest of the school year (only 11 more days with students…13 total), grading complete and tests, study guides, etc. written.
Workout Totals: 3 hours…unless you consider deep cleaning the house to be exercise, then you can add another 9 hours 😉
